HOTEL MELIÃ in Genoa chooses CABUR for its electric and hybrid car charging stations
With over 70 years of experience in the field of electrical connections and a protagonist for many years in the renewable sources sector in Italy, Cabur offers advanced and complete solutions for electric mobility.
MELIÃ GENOVA, historic hotel a few minutes from Palazzo Ducale and the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, a classic and majestic boutique hotel in one of the most elegant neighborhoods of Genoa, met and chose Cabur for the electrification of mobility at the service of its guests.
The project consists of the commissioning of Cabur charging stations for electric and hybrid cars mounted on the wall along the adjacent parking stalls. The installation, electrical system and network connection, was carried out by Tesla Service of Genoa, a company operating in the design and construction of civil and industrial electrical systems, LAN networks, home and industrial automation, which since its establishment has always focused on continuous technological innovation of electrical systems.
The charging stations have a power of 22 kW in three-phase AC and are also capable of charging cars with single-phase power. The Hotel’s electrical system guarantees sufficient power for fast and efficient charging of guests’ cars as well as those for internal use.
The stations were connected to the new Cabur EV NET platform. Through this remote control portal, the Hotel is able to manage charging services in real time.
The project constitutes an excellent starting point for future developments: to increase the number of charging stations or implement other stations in different locations of the MELIÃ HOTELS INTERNATIONAL Group. All under the unique control of the Cabur EV NET platform for remote monitoring of consumption.
