CABUR S.r.l. CABUR S.r.l., pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of the GDPR, wishes to provide you with the following information regarding the processing of the personal data you provided through the use of the forms available on the company website (visitor registration form, contact form, company newsletter subscription form).

DATA CONTROLLER:

The data controller is CABUR S.r.l. with registered and operational office in Altare (SV), Località Isola Grande 45.

DATA PROCESSOR:

Alongside the Data Controller, in some cases, the data may be accessed by individuals authorised to process the data (Cabur employees in the administrative, sales and marketing departments) and by third-party providers of instrumental and support services (system administrators, technical service providers, hosting providers) who are also appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, if necessary.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the processing is the management of your request made via a form (visitor registration form to the site or contact form or form for subscription to the Newsletter) and the sending of the Cabur Newsletter (if you have subscribed to it).

The data controller shall not to process the data provided for purposes other than those for which they were collected.

TYPE OF PROCESSING AND DATA RETENTION:

Data processing is both electronic and paper-based.

The personal data contained in your request shall be stored for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected; in the case of the Newsletter, however, the data are kept until the person concerned unsubscribes from it by using the relevant unsubscribe procedure.

The data will not be disclosed to external parties.

Data will not be transferred to third countries (including non-EU countries).

The processing of data is optional: if the necessary data are not provided, your request will not be sent to the Data Controller. Similarly, the visitor shall not be registered if they have not granted their consent to subscribe to the Newsletter.

There are no automated decision-making processes concerning the data provided by the data subject.

REGISTRATION FORM: CONSENT TO PROCESSING

By filling in the registration form with their data, the Visitor consents to their use by Cabur for creating a new registered User enabled to access our dedicated services.

CONTACT FORM: CONSENT TO PROCESSING

By filling in the contact form with their data, the visitor consents to their use by Cabur to respond to requests (information, quotes, product clarifications, etc.).

SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CABUR NEWSLETTER: CONSENT TO SENDING

By subscribing to the Cabur Newsletter, the Visitor consents to the Data controller’s use of their contact details to be included in a list of addresses to which e-mail messages containing information of a commercial and promotional nature may be sent.

The consent to the subscription to the Cabur Newsletter can be revoked, at any time, using the unsubscribe procedure available on the emails sent.
