E-COMMERCE RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Goods return must be expressly authorised by Cabur srl.

The goods must be shipped postage prepaid to the following address: CABUR SRL – Località Isola Grande, 45 – 17041 ALTARE (SV).

CABUR reserves the right to reject the returns not sent postage prepaid. Following the company will issue a Credit Note or the Authorisation to the issue of the sale invoice only upon verifying the condition of the goods by our Quality Control (within 10 days from the return date, with the exception of some products for which Cabur reserves to evaluate the time needed).

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been tampered with in any way.

Once the Cabur staff has verified the returned goods, it will decide whether to proceed with a replacement or a refund by means of a credit note.

Upon return of the items, a credit note will be issued for the amount of the purchased goods.

The return and the ensuing refund of the paid amount will be made only if the request is made within the prescribed 8 (eight)-day term.
